Specialising in the 'generation Y' and how the organisation can better deal with these emerging leaders of the next generation. & Adi Daniel-Raicher- Director of Young Adults Program at LEAD,an Israeli organisation aimed to develop the next generation of leaders in Israel. A young adult, according to Erik Erikson's stages of human development, is generally a person in the age range of 20 to 40. In this Meetup we will try to understand the 'young adults' impact and connections on developing leadership in organisations in 2015.
