About HACR's Executive Programs
The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) Executive Programs consists of four leadership development programs designed to accelerate the human capital of mid to senior level corporate executives, board members, and rising talent. A selection criteria must be met for participation in each program.

HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (May 3-7, 2019)- Four-day intensive leadership development, education, and training program for high potential Hispanic/Latino talent early in their career development. Program participants consist of talent currently employed at Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies, within an age range of 25-40 years old. A nomination, application, and selection process must be completed prior to admittance into the program. Participation is limited to no more than 40 participants per program year.
HACR Corporate Achievers Summit™ (May 3-5, 2019)- Three-day leadership development, educational, and training programs with a focus on transitioning mid-career talent to the C-suite. The program is only open to past participants of the HACR YHCA™ program.
HACR Corporate Executives Forum™ (May 3-5, 2019)- Three-day leadership development, educational, and networking program for senior level Hispanic/Latino executives within three reporting levels to the enterprise-wide CEO or those who have the fiduciary responsibility of profit and loss functions in excess of half a billion dollars. Participants must be U.S. based Hispanic/Latino C-suite executives at Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member companies.
HACR Corporate Directors Summit™ (May 3-5, 2019)- Three-day leadership and development program that is by invitation only. Business sessions focus on challenging boardroom issues, boardroom best practices, and strategy development to address the lack of Hispanic inclusion on corporate boards.
New to HACR's Executive Programs
HACR has partnered with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) to have content curated and led by NACD facilitators for a segment of this year’s 2019 HACR HACR Corporate Executives Forum™ and HACR Corporate Directors Summit™ program. NACD is the recognized authority on leading boardroom practices and the established standard for director education for more than 40 years.
Engage in NACD led sessions and hear from influential Hispanic leaders and network with fellow senior corporate executives, corporate directors. Space for this year’s HACR CEF and CDS will be limited.

What to expect
Sessions will feature subject-matter experts and thought leaders in the areas of corporate governance, management, and talent development. In the past, this program hosted dynamic speakers from HPE, TIAA, and Target.
