• Non-Refundable One Night Charge: To ensure that the room block is being utilized by HACR conference attendees, those booking a room at the JW Marriott Marquis will be required to pay a one night, non-refundable, deposit. The deposit is to safeguard HACR against room inventory attrition, and gives everyone attending the 2019 conference the best opportunity to secure a room at the host hotel.
