This APWA Iowa Chapter-sponsored event is returning to eastern Iowa. It will be held at Kirkwood Continuing Education Training Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Snow Plow Operator Training (SPOT) is being offered October 1-2, and the ever-popular Roadeo event will take place on October 3. Back by popular demand -- OVERALL ROADEO CHAMPION *Attendees who compete in all three Roadeo courses will automatically be qualified for the Overall Roadeo Champion!* See details on the Roadeo Information tab.
