Patricia Fossum is the Refuse Assistant Superintendent for the City of Iowa City. Patricia oversees the City's trash, recycling, and composting daily operations; prior to this role, Patricia oversaw transfer station, composting, and yard waste operations for the City of Durham, North Carolina. Patricia has a background in landfill management, waste water pre-treatment program management, and storm water management. She has a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Iowa.
