Scott Kleppe began his career in Public Works at the age of 19 for a small town of 800 in 1989, and for the past 22 years has been the Director of Public Works for the City of Solon. Scott holds an IDNR Grade IV Water Treatment and Distribution, Grade III Wastewater, as well as numerous other certifications. Scott is a graduate of Drake University's Iowa Certified Public Manager program.
