Chris Nosbisch has worked in the public sector for the past 20 years, a little over 8 years as a City Manager/Administrator and the rest in various roles within planning and development. He received his B.S. in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University. Chris is both a Certified Planner and Credentialed City Manager.
