About The 2020 HACR Executive Programs
HACR’s Executive Programs offer the opportunity to supercharge your professional development and accelerate the human capital of Hispanic and Latino mid-to-senior-level corporate executives, board members, and rising talent. Enhance your leadership development through a specially crafted educational program which includes sessions curated with the Hispanic executive in mind, while networking with senior level Hispanic/Latino executives at Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member companies - all from the comfort of your desk.
What to expect
ABOUT THE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE
This year, our virtual platform will allow attendees to connect with colleagues, speakers, and sponsors through rich interactive tools in an immersive environment.
You’ll be able to engage with our sponsors in the Exhibit Hall, network with Diversity & Inclusion professionals, and learn from world-class industry speakers.
You’ll experience real-time broadcasts of the seminars and panels that were originally scheduled for our in-person event - from the comfort of your desk!
SAME GREAT CONTENT
Although we'll all be experiencing the Executive Programs from our desks, there will be no change to the content that we provide.
Sessions will feature CEO’s from Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies, diversity and inclusion professionals, and high ranking Hispanic executives - sharing their experiences and discussing best practices related to Hispanic inclusion.
This year's Executive Programs will feature: the HACR CEO Roundtable, the Look Into the Boardroom, and a special session hosted by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and much more.
NEW FOR 2020- THE HACR EXHIBIT HALL
This year attendees will be able to visit sponsor booths to learn more about them, as well as the HACR Research Institute (HRI) in our Exhibit Hall.
The HRI booth will highlight the 5-Star recipients in the 2020 HACR Corporate Inclusion Index (CII) and attendees will be able to download copies of the report instantly.
The Exhibit Hall will be open an hour before the Executive Programs kick-off and will remain open for an hour after the sessions have ended so attendees can fully participate without fear of missing any sessions.
