**UPDATE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2020**

As of March 25, 2020, due to the continued uncertainty with the COVID-19 pandemic, the APWA Iowa Chapter Board decided to officially cancel the 2020 APWA Iowa Chapter Spring Conference. We are working hard on the fall conference, which is scheduled for September 23-25, in Council Bluffs, Iowa and look forward to your participation and support!

UPDATE MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2020

Based on the latest CDC recommendation to cancel or postpone events with 50 people or more for 8 weeks, the 2020 APWA Iowa Chapter Spring Conference has been postponed until further notice.

Please note the following registration refund process:

Attendees - A full refund will be issued. If you paid by credit card the refund will be issued to your card within 45 days.  If you paid by check, a check will be issued within 60 days.

Speakers - Session organizers will be reaching out directly to speakers regarding the  cancellation of their presentations.  If you registered for the conference, a full refund will be issued.

Exhibitors - A full refund will be issued.  If your organization paid by credit card the refund will be issued to your card within 45 days.  If your organization paid by check, a check will be issued within 60 days.

Hotel Cancellations - If you reserved a room at the Sheraton under the APWA Iowa Chapter Spring Conference block of rooms, your reservation will be cancelled.  If you reserved a room outside of the APWA Iowa Chapter Spring Conference block of rooms, please call the Sheraton directly at 515-223-1800.
