2021 Education to Industry Pathways Summit Meeting the Moment: Collaborating to Ensure Student Equity and Resiliency
Vision: The Pathways Summit convenes education and industry partners annually who have been collaborating, problem solving and supporting each other to create pathways that better prepare Hawai‘i’s youth for college and career success. This year’s summit will focus on building effective partnerships across education and industry to ensure all of Hawai‘i’s students have the education and skills necessary to succeed in their career goals, and build resilience as our economy continues to shift and evolve post COVID-19.
Featuring local and national sessions around:
Foundations in college and career pathways in Hawai’i
Innovative and evolving work-based learning models
Short-term credentialing for skill development, and earn and learn training models
Student/Employer Panel: Industry Partnerships in Action
Interactive Virtual Work-based Learning Experiences for Attendees
Audience: Secondary and Postsecondary Educators and Administrators, Complex and State Office Leadership, and Business and Community Partners working to build or implement education and industry partnerships in their region or across the state.
