This APWA Iowa Chapter-sponsored event is heading west to Council Bluffs. This marks the first time the event has been held in the western part of the state. Snow Plow Operator Training (SPOT) is being offered October 11-12, and the ever-popular Roadeo event will take place on October 13. Classroom training for SPOT will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn. SPOT training course and Roadeo competitions will be held in the Horseshoe Casino's north parking lot.
