In this training participants will learn skills to being a leader in the ECE classroom. By understanding the important characteristics all leaders have in common, practitioners can build trust, display accountability, and explain what best practice is to inspire others in the field and educate families about why our role is so important. Participants will also learn how to convert negative behaviors in adults to understand the need these behaviors are coming from. Whether participants are a teacher, lead teacher, assistant director or director; this training will assist participants with learning how to articulate why what we do is important and learn the steps to leading others in the field.
