Educators will learn how to evaluate challenging situations by utilizing the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct. They will learn a process of evaluating an ethical dilemma using a discussion format that incorporates professional ethics. We will review guidelines for responsible behavior and introduce a common basis for resolving the principle ethical dilemmas encountered in Early Childhood Care and Education.
