Unpredictable sensorial experiences tend to make you uncomfortable and perhaps a bit unbalanced. Recognizing how these kinds of sensorial experiences impact our personal lives positively or negatively can help us better understand how to design our classroom environments. This session explains new research on the predictable brain and offers strategies and design techniques for creating classrooms that are sensitive spaces and predictable places.
