Laura Braafladt, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with 8 years of experience in early education, 4 of those as an early childhood mental health (ECMH) consultant. Laura is experienced in providing mental health services to adults and is endorsed as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist through the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health. Currently, Laura is the Assistant Director, Early Childhood Clinical services at Allies for Every Child where she helps to oversee the agency’s expanding ECMH consultation work, supports our ECMH internship program along with providing training and reflective practice for agency staff. Laura is a DMH-UCLA Early Childhood Fellow and a graduate from the NME Trainers Program in the Neurosequential Model in Education. Laura received her Master of Social Work from Cal State University, Long Beach.
