About the Fall Conference
The American Public Works Association (APWA) Iowa Chapter 2023 Fall Conference is being hosted in Iowa City. This conference has historically offered an excellent opportunity for those in the broad world of Public Works to expand knowledge, network, elect officers, and recognize award winners. The conference will be held at the Graduate with hotel rooms available at the group rate of $115.00 per night. Rooms must be booked by September 3, 2023, to receive the group rate. Starting after golf, at approximately 5:00 PM Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at Big Grove Brewery. Join us for drinks, food, and the golf awards.
The APWA Iowa Chapter will follow all current, local, and organizational guidelines as they relate to COVID precautionary measures.

We are looking for dynamic speakers to share their knowledge on public works-related issues that will be of interest to our Iowa Chapter conference attendees. Topics could include presentations on leadership, sustainability, planning & design, operations & maintenance, innovations in technology, or special project highlights.
