He has been based in Washington D.C. since 2009 and currently oversees membership growth of Ed Week Market Brief and Education Week, where he connects education companies with proprietary K-12 school education data, trends and content in the U.S. and globally to make informed business decisions. He actively works with colleges, universities, schools and districts globally to connect them with the right content to understand education ed-tech trends. Prior to that, Ryan led the marketing communications department for Billy Casper Golf and also was the branding and marketing manager with watch retailer Precision Time. Ryan holds a B.A. degree in Spanish having lived abroad in Spain for 2 years and a graduate degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Cal State University San Bernardino.
