Lisa currently leads the Global Customer and Brand Insights team at Merck. A passionate advocate for the healthcare industry and delivering valuable solutions for patients, Lisa was an early adopter of and leveraging consumer packaged goods methodologies in the pharma space to better engage patients and providers in co-development. Her continuing efforts innovate how insights are developed has led to meaningful improvements in the development and testing of health literate communications, application of non-conscious measurement in promotional testing, and receipt of the Advertising Research Foundation’s David Ogilvy Award for creative insights in consumer advertising. Lisa lives her passion for shaping the future of the industry by serving as President of the Marketing Research Institute International Board (MRII) and as an Advisory Board member for the University of Georgia’s MMR program and the Rutger’s MRIA program. She further contributes to the healthcare industry as a member of the PMRG and PMRC Advisory Boards and as a peer mentor to industry practitioners. In 2013 Lisa was awarded the PMRG’s prestigious R.R. Fordyce Award for exemplary leadership, service and dedication to the healthcare industry and the healthcare market research community.
