James founded MDI (Mobile Digital Insights) in July 2013 after leaving a global digital role at TNS. Now operating out of hubs in Australia, South Africa, Thailand and the United States MDI has formed a reputation of delivering fast turnaround, action oriented, quality insights reports through its innovative approaches to data collection and mobile first research designs. In a insights career spanning 24 years, James held several global roles including Head of the Global Technology Practice, Global Head of Emerging and Rapid Growth Markets and Global Head of TNS Connect. James is passionate, inquisitive and pragmatic and these traits underpin his approach to research engagements. He is passionate in respecting participants; inquisitive in designing innovative methodological approaches to meet clients’ needs; pragmatic in focusing on clients’ business needs and ensuring delivery within operational & budgetary constraints.
