Cherisse has been a professional market researcher for over 17 years. Her passions include digging through data to get insights, reading quirky comments from focus group members, the personal feel of 1 on 1 interviews, working through a problem tree analysis but most of all she loves being an advocate for people. For years she worked in traditional research settings and saw many of the challenges of research become a huge gap in the way businesses needed to operate. Realizing that there was a need for a more flexible and agile research method, that knew how to empathize with the customers and build solutions centered on human need and not just business needs. Cherisse founded CQuebed Consulting because she saw the need for a new business method. Experience taught her that traditional research ways were too slow, too expensive and bogged down by bureaucracy. She uses the problem-solving techniques of Human Centered Design and combine it with the rigor and validation of quantitative research to deliver holistic methodologies to solve business issues. But also makes this process quick and iterative to allow for the fast-paced business decision environment. When not solving business problems Cherisse loves to spend time with her family just doing simple things like reading or going camping.
