Rebecca West is the Global Vice President of Marketing Research Services for Civicom. Rebecca established and leads the Civicom Marketing Research practice. She is a member of the Civicom Board of Directors and a company investor. Rebecca is also the Past President of the Mobile Marketing Research Association (MMRA), a global forum developed to set industry standards for how to effectively use mobile technology, as well as to help companies understand and work with mobile tools. She is a frequent writer and speaker on qualitative and mobile research. Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Media Studies from the New School for Social Research in New York, as well as a certificate in Managing Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School.
