Request A Demo Table
Showcase your work! The IWS Steering Committee is pleased to announce an opportunity to a limited number of exhibitors to have demo tables within the poster hall at the 2025 HRP IWS. Exhibiting is a great way to introduce people to your research, products and/or services. The most successful HRP IWS demos provide hands-on demonstrations of research solutions and engaging supporting materials to spark conversations. Interested?
To request a demo table, please email the information listed below to JSC-HRP-IWS@mail.nasa.gov by December 5, 2024.
Please note: all demo table requests are subject to approval. Approved exhibitors will be notified regarding approval in mid-December 2024.
Approved Demo Tables Will Include:
1 - 6' skirted table and 2 chairs
Table name tent
Any other additional materials requested
Please note that all demo personnel must be registered to attend the workshop. There is no cost to attend the IWS, nor is there a cost to exhibit at the workshop. However, there may be charges for additional items or services required (power, T1 internet line, screens / monitors, etc.). Once the IWS Steering Committee has approved your demo table, guidance on additional cost, if any, will be given.
