Our signature award categories recognize the core pillars of the Graebel Partner Alliance Program—Performance, Knowledge, Innovation, and Growth. Superior Quality Achievement Awards

The Superior Quality Achievement Award will be awarded to each partner achieving the highest score in the service categories of DSP, Temp Living, International HHG, Domestic HHG, and Other Services; with separate categories recognized for high and low survey volumes.

These awards are a testament to the outstanding dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence demonstrated by our partners. To qualify for this honor, partners must achieve the highest scores in their respective service categories, surpassing all expectations and setting the bar for excellence within our industry.

The Consultants’ Choice Award

This outstanding partner consistently goes above and beyond, setting themselves apart in the eyes of the entire Graebel Operations team. Their remarkable contributions will not only meet but exceed our highest standards, making them a true leader in their field. Their performance over a 13-month period will earn an average consultant satisfaction rating of 98% or above to be considered, with the final recipient selected through a rigorous internal review process.

Diversity Champion Award

Partners that may be considered for this award have an official status as a diverse-owned business; demonstrate commitment to diversity through internal hiring, training, and supply chain inclusion; and/or champion programs designed to support diverse assignees. The recipient of the Diversity Champion award will be a thought leader in the DEI space with a history of active engagement and advocacy in the mobility community.

Compliance Excellence Award

The Compliance Excellence Award goes to a company that exemplifies excellence in maintaining compliance and raising the bar for industry standards. Partners in good standing who demonstrate continuous commitment to compliance performance improvement throughout their organization to benefit their customers and themselves are candidates for this category. This award recognizes their proactive efforts to ensure that both their workforce and our shared customers enjoy the highest levels of satisfaction and security.

The metrics used to determine the recipient of this award include low escalation to volume ratios, industry certifications, adaptability to regional variables, and a strong willingness to adhere to Graebel's policies and standards over a rolling 13-month period.

Environmental Stewardship Award

This award not only recognizes the achievements of the recipient but also serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility we all share in preserving and protecting our environment. It is a testament to the power of innovation and dedication in making a positive impact on our world. This award seeks to recognize and celebrate those partners who are pioneering innovative and impactful approaches to environmental stewardship.

Partners submit applications that detail why their sustainability program is unique, innovative, and impactful. They are encouraged to provide supporting metrics that underscore the effectiveness of their initiatives. Partners also have the option to update their previous year's submission, ensuring that the award remains a dynamic celebration of progress and innovation. The Future-Forward Award

This award recognizes a partner who achieves demonstrable time or cost savings through the adoption of a new tool, portal, or process. The forward-thinking initiative honored by this award highlights creative problem-solving that directly addresses a major pain point in the relocation journey with a special focus on technological innovations. Their commitment to driving positive change reflects shared values of continuous improvement and client-focused solutions.

Pacesetter Achievement Award

The Pacesetter Achievement Award is a tribute to our sales partners who are active members of the Alliance but also champions of collaboration and brand promotion. This award recognizes a partner who demonstrates the highest degree of commitment to promoting Graebel and securing new business opportunities through their strategic approach, market intelligence sharing, and creation of customized solutions. The selection process for this award is a collaborative process between Graebel’s Business Development and Supplier Development teams.

APEX Award

The pinnacle award - recognizing a partner who delivers a well-rounded, stellar performance across all areas of operations, relationship, and value. This partner consistently goes above and beyond to drive customer satisfaction, setting a benchmark for exceptional service. They actively contribute to Graebel's mission of being an industry knowledge leader, sharing their expertise, facilitating training, and providing invaluable data and reports.

To qualify for the APEX Award, a partner must consistently demonstrate excellence in all four pillars of the Graebel Partner Alliance program—Performance, Knowledge, Innovation, and Growth; with their innovation truly setting apart an APEX Award partner. They consistently think outside the box, proposing groundbreaking ideas that improve products and services, save costs, and anticipate the evolving needs of both Graebel and our clients.  Furthermore, this partner's dedication to business development efforts and their ability to collaborate across multiple levels will be instrumental in fostering mutual growth.
