TICKETS
What’s included in the Mindvalley U. ticket fee?
Purchasing a full ticket for Mindvalley U. will not only give you access to a curated community of spectacular entrepreneurs and digital nomads, but also to a HUB in Barcelona city centre for the entire month. It will be the base for around 20 incredible workshops with thought leaders from various fields. There will be 3 fabulous parties happening in Barcelona for the community during that month with various networking events and bar nights every week. We’re also organising a special Give Back Day in Barcelona on June 6th with a chance to contribute to the local community and help people in need. You’ll get a 30% discount if you want to join any of the Premium Seminars with teachers such as Neale Donald Walsch, Marisa Peer, Eric Edmeades, Wim Hof and Jon & Missy Butcher from Lifebook taking place in Barcelona in June.
What’s not included in the Mindvalley U. ticket fee?
The ticket doesn’t include your accommodation, meals and travel costs. It doesn’t include access to Premium Seminars that take place outside the Mindvalley U. HUB & co-working place. Also, there will be various activities such as sightseeing trips, cruises, cooking classes and other local experiences happening in Barcelona for the group in June that can be purchased separately. The special educational program for kids is at an additional cost.
Do you offer 1-week or 2-weeks packages as well?
Yes. You can come for a few days or stay for a week or two. The base price is still the same (because it’s so low anyway) and gets you access for the full month. You can also enroll in specific multi-day events as a guest (Neale Donald Walsch, Lifebook, Wim Hof etc) without being an enrolled participant in the campus.
What’s the refund policy?
Full refunds are available 30 days after purchase (valid up to 30 days before the event). If you can’t make it, you can always transfer your ticket to a friend.
My friends are interested in joining Mindvalley U. in Barcelona. How can they get the tickets?
Mindvalley U is a curated tribe. Simply send your friends to http://www.mindvalleyacademy.com/u to apply.
I want to bring my family with me to Barcelona. How much are the tickets for family members and kids?
All adults need a ticket but only one family member has to apply to Mindvalley U. Once approved, the other family members can purchase their ticket using the same link. Kids under 18 can join the main program for free. You’ll also get a chance to register for a special program designed for children at an additional fee.
PROGRAM & ACCOMMODATIONS
How about accommodation in Barcelona?
We recommend booking your AirBnB or hotel as soon as possible as June is a very busy month in Barcelona. Mindvalley U's HUB and co-working space Betahaus is located in Gracia district in Barcelona city centre. Premium Seminars will take place in various locations in Barcelona.
What travel dates do you recommend?
It really depends on your plans for the month. Our first kick-off event happens on Saturday, May 27th and the HUB will be open until June 25th with last workshops taking place there on June 23.
Are you planning any activities for kids in Barcelona?
Absolutely! There is a team of parents volunteering behind the scenes to create a program for kids for the duration of Mindvalley U. Fill details on how to enrol your children and/or participate will be sent to you when you confirm your ticket.
I want to lead a session in Barcelona. What should I do to make it happen?
We’ll have a learning session happening in the Mindvalley U. HUB on afternoons from Mondays-Thursdays, and we have allocated some of those spots to the Tribe. Please fill out a participation request form here.
How can I register to the Mindvalley Premium Seminars?
You’ll get more information about the Premium seminars with Neale Donald Walsch, Marisa Peer, Eric Edmeades, Wim Hof and Jon & Missy Butcher from Lifebook after you’ve purchased your ticket to Mindvalley U. We’ll be opening up ticket sales to these seminars in April.
