We have secured a discounted rate for A-Fest attendees at Hard Rock Ibiza & Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotels where A-Fest will be taking place. Important Information When Booking Your Room:

• Hard Rock Ibiza is a family friendly hotel whereas Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel is for adults only.
• Hard Rock Rate start from 187€ per night for a single room for 1 adult and 234€ for a double room for 2 adults.
• Ushuaia Ibiza  Hotel start from 169€ per night for a single room for 1 adult and 211€ for a double room for 2 adults.
• The rates include breakfast & wifi.
• The hotels have allocated some rooms to our group 3 days before and after A-Fest as well with the best available rate they can offer.
• Please make sure to specify the type of bed (king or 2 separate beds) in the "Comments" section when making an online reservation.
• The reservation is considered confirmed & guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• Cancellation Policy: in the event of reservation cancellation or modification less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, no show or early departure, hotel will charge 1-night stay per room booked.

We recommend making a reservation ASAP, but at least 1 month prior to the event, as the hotel won't be holding any rooms for our group after this time.

When to fly in and out?

A-Fest is a jam-packed four days from Wednesday, May 17 – Saturday, May 20. There will be a special complimentary pre-event workshop on Tuesday, May 16. So, we recommend checking in on May 15 or the morning of May 16 if you’re interested in attending the workshop, or checking in on the afternoon of May 16 if you won’t be attending the workshop. Event registration is on the morning of Wednesday, May 17.

Every A-Fest ends with a special closing event on the final evening that you won’t want to miss so we strongly advise not checking out before Sunday, May 21.

Also, the day after A-Fest on Sunday, May 21, A-Fest attendees have a chance to give back to the local community through a day of volunteerism. So, if you’re keen to participate in Give Back Day, we recommend that you depart on the morning of May 22, or later.

I need a roomie. What should I do?
