- Registration volunteers: responsible for welcoming and registering attendees as they arrive on site. We expect roughly 800 attendees.
- Hospitality table volunteers: responsible for staffing the information desk; volunteers should be familiar with the conference schedule and hotel layout and should have prior experience with special events to help orient first-time attendees.
- Ushers: responsible for giving directions to conference attendees at posts throughout the conference facility and ensuring that seats are filled properly in the workshop spaces.
- Catering volunteers: responsible for assisting staff in maintaining neat food areas.
- Beehive volunteers: responsible for greeting conference attendees as they navigate the main exhibit hall and presentation space.

Putting Care at the Center would not be possible without the help of our wonderful volunteers. All volunteers will be granted free admission for that day in exchange for four hours of work, including a ten-minute break, and breakfast, and lunch. Volunteers will receive an orientation from a conference staff member to ensure you have all the information you need.

Our volunteers are the face of the Putting Care at the Center conference, and we have high standards of punctuality and excitement to participate. You will be required to participate in orientation by phone and in-person to acquaint yourself with the National Center and learn more about the conference and volunteer experience.
