This engaging session will focus on communication and how to use the Profiler Tool to increase self-awareness and build more effective teams. Join this session to get 2 hour sneak preview of 4 day program on profiling.
About MaGIC Preview Session
MaGIC Preview session is a 2 hour workshop that summarises the actual content and will give participants an essence of the real workshop/course. One of the key objective of these Preview sessions is to evaluate all training vendors on board as affiliates and participants play a key role in providing evaluation on respective vendors to ensure that the MAfP will have quality affiliates that deliver quality content consistently.

Our Speakers
Ricky has over 20 years of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing in multiple sales environments from telemarketing to retail sales, direct selling, hospitality sales and corporate sales, for local and international markets.
He graduated with a Diploma of Arts in Child Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University in the year 2010. He specialized in Successful High Impact Sales Training, Essential Sales Foundation, Relationship Selling, Consultative Selling, Negotiations Skills, Handling Objections, Value-Based Selling, Behavioral Styles, Communication Skills, Exceeding Customer’s Expectations & Effective Customer Service, Strategic Selling and Strategic Account Management.
Ricky also incorporated the subject matters of both Life Skills & Soft Skills such as Building Self-Confidence, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Job Readiness, Character Building, Study Skills, Presentation Skills, Interviewing skills, Hiring Skills as the key areas into his consultative approach when dealing with the audiences.
