Prior to founding his coaching business and entrepreneurship, Radin spent over 20 years in multinational companies and held senior positions in operations management. He first started his career as a production engineer in the ophthalmic lens industry. 

Driven by passion in coaching and helping the small business owners, Radin became the franchisee of a top business coaching franchise – providing business and executive coaching services to SMEs as well as MNCs. In year 2008, Radin was awarded top business coach in Malaysia.

As an entrepreneur, Radin started the Pearl Maternity Hospital (PMH) with his wife, Dr Rosita Ramli, a 100% bumiputra owned private maternity hospital in Penang. PMH has serviced the community for over 10 years and successfully built reputation in the local health community. Radin earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bath, and Degree in Science and Engineering from the University of Adelaide. He is a certified Business and Life Coach (Life Coaching Academy, Australia), certified trainer with PSMB and Kepner Tregoe. As a corporate and business management trainer, Radin is an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).

On the personal side, Radin enjoys sports and travelling. He is gifted with an innate skill in bringing out the best of the individuals he works with.

Radin is the author of the upcoming book "ENTREPRENEURSHIFT!, The guide to Getting Started and Getting ahead in Business" to be published by Black Card Books.
