Mohammad Ehteshami is Vice President & General Manager, GE Additive. Most recently, he served as Vice President & General Manager of Engineering for GE Aviation, where he led a team of more than 8,000 engineers to design, procure, test and certify commercial and military aircraft engines. Mohammad has more than 34 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Management with GE. His career spans across GE Aviation, GE Oil and Gas and now GE Additive. During his time with GE, Mohammad has developed unique experience in leading and motivating teams to believe and deliver beyond what they can imagine. Under his leadership, GE will invest $10 million over the next five years in educational programs to develop pipelines of future talent in additive manufacturing. Enabling educational institutions to provide access to 3D printers will help accelerate the adoption of additive manufacturing worldwide. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
