Kathy Pearce has over 30 years of experience as a finance executive at Xerox and a CEO of a faith based social services non-profit in Rochester, NY. Since moving back to NC where she was raised, she has been active volunteering. She is a certified SCORE mentor and was Chairman of the Davidson Farmer’s Market, president of Charlotte chapter of SCORE, on the boards of NC MedAssist and a volunteer with the Free Clinic of our Towns at the Ada Jenkins Center. She was also Program Chair for the Harvard Business School Club of Charlotte. She has been a coach or judge with ShapeCharlotte, SEED20, Ventureprise’s Charlotte Venture Challenge, and Johnson and Wales Sharktank competition. She was awarded the 2016 Dick O’Brien Award, the highest award for volunteer service from the Charlotte SCORE chapter. She has a BA in economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard. She lives in Davidson with her husband.
