Our development includes six buildings with a total of 103 rental apartments of which 26 are ADA compliant. One-bedroom residential units are arranged around a main courtyard that provides an area for casual encounters between the residents, a place to gather and build a real sense of community. Palacio Dorado includes an onsite fitness center, a computer lab, a library, a community center and onsite property management offices.
The development also includes an underground parking lot with 52 spaces and an emergency generator. Palacio Dorado allows many opportunities for community interaction, active living and a better quality of life for its senior residents.
