MIKE GIRESI
My experience in IT-based business transformation to lead organizations focused digital-driven business strategy and innovation is extensive. To ensure that the business stays in lockstep with emerging trends, customer-centricity drives my team’s strategies and solutions that enable growth and strengthen the brand. A culture of innovation is critical for both business and team growth. We collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions founded on business value. IT must simplify complex solutions and effectively communicate throughout the organization. Operationally, customer-centricity and culture require an optimized supply chain and cost containment through technology, process and culture. The Project Management Office and a formal Transformation function ensure a measured approach to prioritizing business solutions and managing change impacts to both processes and people.
