Adrian Scott, Ph.D., is a crypto technologist and entrepreneur. He was a founding investor in Napster and founded the pioneering social networking site Ryze, the big influence on Friendster which in turn influenced Facebook. He previously built a Bitcoin meta-exchange in 2013. He is founder/CEO of Soma Capital, which is incubating several crypto projects, and also head of technology at Decent.bet, a post-ICO crypto casino. He is co-inventor of a U.S. patent related to hashing algorithms on P2P networks, and his Math doctorate is on nonlinear optimization. He recently gave a keynote on crypto at Yossi Vardi's Volcano Summit, and has spoken on crypto at conferences and events in several countries. He has also produced Blockchain Coding Parties, where developers come together to learn how to program with crypto and blockchain technologies.
