Booth Fee: $550 per 8x10 booth

BOOTH INCLUDES:

• Two (2) exhibitor registrations per 8 x 10 booth
• Pipe and drape to outline your booth
• Free company identification sign
• Listing in the 2019 Conference Program*
• Tables, chairs 
• Electricity

*Subject to exhibit information submission date.

IMPORTANT DATES: 

• February 22, 2019: Last day to cancel booth space with a full refund, less $20 processing fee 
• March 1, 2019: Final day to cancel exhibitor space with a 50% refund, less $20 processing fee
• March 1, 2019: Last day to register Exhibitor booth 

BOOTH SPACE WILL BE ASSIGNED BASED ON SPONSORSHIP LEVEL 

AND BY DATE OF RECEIPT OF FROM WITH FULL PAYMENT

DUES TO INCREASE SECURITY CONCERNS THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY FOR EXHIBITORS:

1. All exhibitors and assistants must have current photo identification in order to gain entry into the Empire State Plaza.

2. Folding tables or other paraphernalia are not permitted. Exhibitors must confine their materials and other stands to their designated Booth. No materials can impede the flow of traffic or otherwise obstruct walkways. If you require additional space, we suggest you rent two (2) booths. EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ALL BOOTHS SET-UP BY 10AM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 8, 2019. Exhibitors unable to comply with this request, must obtain permission to set up their booths from the State Police whose office is located at the southern end of the Concourse level.

4. EXHIBITORS MAY BEGIN BREAKING DOWN EXHIBIT BOOTHS AT 5PM ON SATURDAY, March 9, 2019 unless otherwise instructed.

5. Exhibitors must use Parking Level 1 and 3 (P1, P3) to unload equipment/merchandise. No one will be permitted to unload in the bus terminal under any circumstances.

 6. Booths WILL NOT be rented on the date of the Exhibit
