To ensure the quality of your advertisement in the program book, please adhere to the following guidelines for submitting ads:
• All Ads should be in Adobe PDF or JPEG Format

• No bleeds
• Microsoft Word documents should be saved as a PDF file before sending

Media we accept:
• E-mail is preferred. Send files to admin@somosnewyork.org

Note: include all elements for your ad, including fonts & images

Please include the following with your artwork:
• Your name & organization name
• Phone number
• E-mail address

We do not assume responsibility for advertisement not conforming to specific requirements and reserved the right to make adjustment to advertisements.
