Registration Policy
If you did not purchase the pre-conference workshop package as an add-on, then your conference registration fee includes two receptions, two lunches, two continental breakfasts, and four refreshment breaks, as well as all conference materials. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant. Unless you are paying by check, payment must accompany your registration form.
If you are attending as a substitute for someone who's already registered, you must complete a registration form, indicating the name of the person you are replacing.
Cancellation Policy and IDMA’s Liability
All cancellations and refund requests must be sent to the IDMA office via email no later than March 18, 2019 and will be subject to a $295 administrative fee. Please note that cancellations received after March 18, 2019 will be liable for the full conference fee. Substitutions can be made at any time. Refer to the registration policies for arranging substitutes. If, for any reason, the event is canceled, IDMA will refund the total registration fee. However, IDMA will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations, or other costs incurred.
