2019 Forbes IDEA Incubator Challenge

About the Event

Challenging NYU Tandon School of Engineering students to address critical issues facing the world today in promise of a better tomorrow. On Saturday, March 2, the second Forbes Idea Incubator will be held in New York City. This one-day event—sponsored by Audi of America—will tap into emerging female talent in STEM fields to develop innovative and meaningful solutions around the impact electric vehicles will have on urban mobility. Teams will be eligible to receive an Audi Drive Progess Grant. This program is open to students who will be enrolled in a Spring 2019 undergraduate program at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. NYU Tandon faculty will place eligible students on teams of 3-5 in advance of the event. Presentations should be concrete solutions to the identified problem and satisfy the following criteria: • Action-oriented • Possible to initiate in a meaningful way in a short period of time • Executable by program participants themselves
