The Program officially begins at 3:30 PM on October 21st and ends by 2 PM on October 24th. Registration will be at the Queen’s Landing from 1:00 - 3:30 PM on October 21st.
Your room will be available for check in any time after 3 PM on October 21st. If you wish to arrive earlier, rooms are based on availability. Check out is at 11 AM on October 24th.
Please note: Niagara-on-the-lake is a 1.5 hour drive from Pearson International Airport.
Will I have time to schedule meetings or calls during the Program?
The program is designed as a journey. You really want to make the best effort to clear your schedule and use this as a unique opportunity to step out of the day to day and immerse yourself in different kind of conversations.
We will be beginning our days at around 9:00 AM each morning and will finish with our evening events at around 8:30 PM. We will have short breaks throughout the day, as well as longer lunch and dinner breaks. The best time to schedule a meeting without missing any Program content would be during the lunch and dinner breaks.
Meals: Meals are provided for the duration of the program - beginning with a welcome reception at 6:30 PM on Monday evening through to lunch on Thursday, October 24. Please note that daily breakfast will be included in your room rate.
Transportation: Transportation from the hotel to all SingularityU Canada Executive Program activities will be provided for you.
What is NOT included in the Program fees?
Guest rooms have been reserved at the host hotel, Queen’s Landing, check in Monday, October 21, check out, Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the rate of $280.85/night (which includes breakfast/gratuities and facility fees, taxes additional). Pre and post dates will be based on availability. You will be responsible for all room incidentals (i.e. mini bar, laundry service, room service, meals not included in the Program, and any other hotel incidentals you may incur).
Transportation from the airport to and from the hotel is not included in your registration fee.

May I have a guest visit me at the SingularityU Canada Executive Program?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for guests during the EP. While factors such as classroom size and Participant privacy are certainly important considerations, we also believe that all of our Participants should have equal access to Program benefits and amenities and we are unable to accommodate guests at such a scale.
