- Always include a return label for each package. They cannot be generated on-site.
- There are regularly scheduled pickups daily by UPS and FedEx. The last pickup is at 3:00 PM.
- FedEx Ground does not have regularly scheduled pickups and this location.
- Shipping office is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5:30 pm.
- Most often, event materials are stored with the events team on the 5th and/or 6th floor once they arrive.
- Shipping is strongly recommended as building security is extremely tight, however if you prefer to load in and/or carry items in, arrangements must be made in advance with the events team and the building. Please contact Joe at joe@purposeevents.com with any questions.
- Facilities are not responsible for any lost/missing or damaged items.

Shipping
When to Ship
All shipments should be received a maximum of two business days prior to your event. Aim for delivery on December 5th.
Due to limited storage, shipments cannot be accommodated for long periods of time.
How to Ship
You can ship items via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. A tracking number will be required to retrieve your shipment. Please send tracking numbers and number of boxes to Joe@purposeevents.com.
