1. Doors open every day at 8:00am. 
2. Registration will be on the lobby level of Microsoft Conference Center at 11 Times Square between 41st and 42nd on 8th Avenue.
3. General Session and speaker prep will be on the 6th Floor in Central Park East & West.
4. Roundtable and Breakouts will be on the 5th Floor.
5. Ticketing and Attending DMC: As a speaker, you have a complimentary pass to attend DMC. We encourage you to attend the entire event!
6. Meals: Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch, and Receptions are provided for all attendees.
7. Photography/Video: 
   • Sessions will be captured via video and shared with NODE.Health members and attendees only.
   • There will be a photographer and pictures will be shared via social media and on the conference website.  
8. Slides and Presentation:
   • Slides will be shared with conference attendees unless requests are made to the contrary PRIOR to the event.
   • Not all speakers need to prepare slides- you will be informed in advance if you need to prepare a presentation. Most panels and working groups do not require slides.
   • If you are using slides as part of your presentation, please use the following template DMC 19 Speaker Template.pptxand email your presentation to:  DMC19.jthqrrvworl9jbv4@u.box.com, megan@purposeevents.com, emily@purposeevents.com
   • We also suggest you bring your presentation on a usb flash drive.
