Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
You can request a full refund if your cancellation has been received, in writing, 60 days before the event date.
A 50% refund of your paid registration will be granted for written (email, mail, fax) cancellations received up to 30 calendar days before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot grant any refunds or credits for cancellations received 30 or fewer calendar days prior to the event. No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows.
A substitute may attend in your place; however, the status of the replacement delegate (regular/member/academic) may affect the original fee charged.
