Here is some useful information that you can use during the event:

We're very excited to have you join this special 2-Day Mindvalley Live: Los Angeles 2020 taking place on Feb 29 - March 1 (with a pre-event workshop day on Feb 28), at the Westin, Los Angeles Airport

The Westin, Los Angeles Airport is located at 5400 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

REGISTRATION

Mindvalley Live 2020 event registration will take in the foyer next to the Grand Ballroom (to the left of the hotel lobby), from 9AM on Friday, February 28, and from 8AM on Saturday, February 29. 

Mindvalley LIVE, Day 1 Doors open at 10AM sharp on Feb 29.

We’re expecting a large crowd, so we recommend that you arrive and get registered early so that you can access the room on time for the kickoff :)

If you’re joining the pre-event workshops on Friday, 28 Feb, please see the following times and locations:

11AM - 5:30PM: The Art & Science of Impact Speaking with Lisa Nichols, Concourse AB

11AM - 5:30PM:  Achieving Your Life Vision Through Emotional Freedom (Lifebook), Grand A

2:30PM - 5:30PM: Tribe Connection with Nicole Gibson & Eni Selfo, Westchester AB

FOOD & BEVERAGE

If you hold a VIP ticket or a ticket that includes lunch (prepaid), you will be invited to join us for a buffet lunch on Saturday, Feb 29, and Sunday, March 1 in either Concourse or O'Hare at The Westin.

All other attendees can eat at The Westin’s Restaurant, the Daily Grill, or at the Lobby Lounge Bar, Cafe BLVD Coffee House, or at another options nearby.

PARKING

Guests who are staying in-house and parking a vehicle should inform the front desk that they are with Mindvalley. The front desk will then provide guests with a parking pass that has in/out privileges for the duration of their stay.

The fee is charged nightly on their guest folios at the group discounted rates which are 60% off the parking prices below

• Self-Parking: $42.00 per vehicle, per night, plus 10% parking tax.

• Valet Parking: $48.00 per vehicle, per night, plus 10% parking tax.

For attendees not staying overnight, discounted parking tickets (these do not include in/out privileges) will be available at the Mindvalley registration desk at the Ballroom foyer. The attendees receiving these tickets can pay at the parking pay stations with cash or credit card. They will also pay the same rates mentioned above.

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM LAX

Complimentary shuttle service between The Westin and LAX is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shuttles operate on a continuous loop on the route every 25-35 minutes. Reservations are not necessary.

• To The Westin from LAX: On the baggage claim level, navigate toward the designated “Hotel & Courtesy Shuttle” pick-up zone. Be aware that many shuttles do look very similar. Ensure you board the shuttle bound for The Westin. The Westin is the only stop beyond Terminal 8 for The Westin Shuttle.

• To LAX from The Westin: Once you board a shuttle bound for LAX, you be taken directly to LAX before continuing your journey to the terminal buildings of LAX. You are encouraged to be liberal with your time estimates. On the shuttle, driving time to LAX should take no more than 30 minutes.

NEARBY ATM MACHINES

An ATM is available in the parking area of the hotel.
