About this Training Seminar
For insurance professionals, the emergence of a variety of data privacy regulations has created a need to learn about how to develop and sustain a data governance program that is focused on ensuring compliance with these regulations.
This one-day training workshop, brought to you jointly by the Insurance Data Management Association (IDMA) and EWSolutions, presents the steps for developing and sustaining an effective data governance program that addresses the compliance requirements of regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the New York Privacy Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the NAIC.
The workshop provides the foundations for developing a data governance program based on best practices and following the standards of the data management industry, while addressing the unique needs of insurers.
In addition, the workshop will conclude with a moderator-led round table discussion of pertinent topics.
