2020 VISION
Did you love The What Summit 2019? This year it's going to be even better. We shrunk it. Rethunk it. And designed an intimate event for fifty of the most influential and generous women in our community. We moved the date to the week before Thanksgiving to give you guilt-free downtime. Think of it as a chic getaway with gifted friends but with the added benefit of learning brilliant strategies for work (translation: expense it!) AND your personal life.
You’ll leave thinking, feeling, and looking better—ready to take on the holiday madness with a positive attitude. Plus, unlike any conference we've attended, we vow to make personal introductions for you with other attendees before the conference so that everyone arrives with a squad.
We have designed a dynamic 3-day retreat to make you feel energized, understood and connected. Yes, you're a superhero in your field, but we're curating an experience that taps into your whole self—mentally, physically, professionally, creatively, spiritually, and playfully.
As a summit guest, you will also receive an annual membership ($1000 value) to THE WHAT ALLIANCE, our new private professional network that connects you to us, and each other, all year-round. Whatever you need, we collectively figure it out through curated forums, personal introductions/referrals, and elevated social experiences designed for connection and growth. It's one part personal concierge, two parts next-level networking, and three parts sisterhood.

We're going to work hard, play hard, experience epiphanies, and make extraordinary connections. Interactive roundtables, as well as physical and mental activities, focused on purpose, meaning, and what's next, personally and professionally. We have the run of Bardessono for 2 glorious days so you can show up to sessions in your bathrobe or ballgown. Veteran entrepreneurs Amy Parker and Gina Pell have been in the business of building intentional communities for women, both online and offline, years before social networks were created. This is their third company together (they just can't quit each other). They also can’t quit their lifelong mission TO CONNECT WOMEN across industries and disciplines whatever their goals, age, or life stage.
The What Summit 2020 is an experience and it is also a vibrant community of founders, funders and super connectors who gather at our annual flagship retreat to connect with visionary women, ideas and solutions. We are transforming the way women discover and share wisdom.
