We're Rescheduling
As you have likely heard, the City of Austin has cancelled SXSW EDU amid growing concerns around the Coronavirus.
According to the conference organizers, “We are exploring options to reschedule the event and are working to provide a virtual SXSW online experience as soon as possible for 2020 participants, starting with SXSW EDU. For our registrants, clients, and participants we will be in touch as soon as possible and will publish an FAQ.”
Our team will also be in touch with plans for a rescheduled TX Opportunities and Networking Fair. We are eager to connect with all of you and support your interest in educating our next generation of leaders.

About the Event
If you're in or around Austin on March 10th, come explore Texas career opportunities and learn how you can impact the lives of 5 million Texas students! With 10 percent of the nation’s school aged children living and attending school in Texas, Texas plays a BIG role in the direction of education. Texas recently added billions of dollars into the public education system and districts are using the funds to increase access to prekindergarten, increasing educator salaries through unique pay models, and implementing innovative school programs through district-charter partnerships. Teach For America is hosting the Texas Opportunities and Networking Fair on Tuesday March 10, from 10am to 1pm at Native. During the event, you will have the chance to meet with school districts and charter schools throughout the state of Texas looking for innovative teachers, principals, and district leaders. State agencies and education nonprofit organizations will also be there hoping to hire experienced education leaders. Participants will also have access to the Austin Acheive Recharge Room to relax and take phone calls away from the hustle and bustle of the conference next door. Coffee, pastries, and light afternoon snacks will be provided
