The SOMOS brand maintains the title position in all of its conference events and promo material. For the 2020 SOMOS Albany conference, the marketing materials should complement the title logo. For both the marketing materials and the digital assets, sponsors are identified as such and their company logos are featured consistently with the title logo.

Collateral materials include but are not limited to:

• Website(s) – Logos to be displayed on SomosNewYork.org (the primary source of information used by attendees)
• Marketing Materials – Logo placement included on brochures and event flyers
• Event Signage – Logo placement in event descriptions and flyers
• Gala Journal – Print advertisements (applicable sponsorship benefits only)

On-site visibility opportunities include but are not limited to:

• Event Signage – Logo featured on signage in/outside event
• Screen Projections – Sponsor and company logos projected on a presentation screen(s) for select events
• Acknowledgments – Special acknowledgment at appropriate times throughout SOMOS events
• Promotional Materials – Promotional items for inclusion inside of event bag (applicable sponsorship only and dependant on asset submittal date)

We would like to remind you of some very important deadlines. Please review your letter of agreement to see which deadlines correspond to your sponsorship level.

COMPANY SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE COORDINATES

SOMOS WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO PROCESS YOUR SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE:

• Company’s primary contact for:
  • its needs and/or questions as an event sponsor
  • coordinating the participation on location in Albany

HIGH-RESOLUTION COMPANY LOGOS

• Deadline: Upon Confirmation of Pledge
• Submit To: The SOMOS Team @ admin@somosnewyork.org

SOMOS WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO MOVE FORWARD WITH EVENT MARKETING EFFORTS:

• Your company logo and all applicable information for designers in terms of placement rules and regulations, etc. (if applicable)
• Your company contact for approval of logo usage in marketing materials

ALL LOGOS MUST BE HIGH RESOLUTION AND PROVIDED IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FORMATS:

• Resolution 300 dpi
• JPEG is preferred, PNG, TIFF in CMYK will be accepted
• Size no smaller than 3″ wide

SOCIAL MEDIA Blasts

• Deadline: March 3rd, 2020 at 5:00 PM EST
• Submit to The SOMOS Team @ admin@somosnewyork.org

Social media posts and email blasts are benefits for Presenting, Platinum, Gold & Silver only. When promoting the 2019 SOMOS Conference through your own outlets please use the hashtag #SOMOSAlbanyConference2019

• Please provide all language for posts, including links and hashtags.
• Every post should be accompanied by a graphic (JPEG format) or video.

TWITTER

• Please provide all language for tweets, including links and hashtags. 
• Remember to keep tweets at 140 characters or less.
• Finally, please provide graphics and/or video links.

SPONSORSHIP & GUIDELINES SUBMISSION

SIGNED WELCOME LETTERS & PHOTOS

• Deadline: February 22, 2020 at 5:00 PM EST
• Submit To: Andres Rivera @ arivera@somosnewyork.org

GUIDELINES FOR LETTERS INCLUDE:

• Letters should be no longer than 300 words
• Text submissions should be in Word or text file attachments
• Digital signatures must be in EPS or TIFF format and no smaller than 3″ wide

GUIDELINES FOR PHOTOS INCLUDE:

• Resolution 300 dpi web photos will not be accepted
• JPEG, CMYK format
• Size no smaller than 4″ x 6″

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (CONVENTION BAG)

• Deadline: Received by March 5, 2020 at 5:00 PM EST
• Submit To: Andres Rivera @ arivera@somosnewyork.org

If your benefits include promotional items for inclusion in the 2020 Conference bags, please confirm your intentions by Feb 25th. All Promotional Items should be shipped to the following address to be received no later than March 4:
