    Attending the Event

    Where is the [name of the event] located? 

    • For 2020, the [name of the event] will go digital. Taking place on [add dates here], chaired by FT’s editors, it will play host to [no. of speakers] and [xxx expected no. of attendees].


    What is the cost to join [name of the event]?

    • If you have yet to register, please register on [ticketing page] which contains detailed information on the cost of the event.

    Will I get a refund on my ticket(s) if I am no longer able to attend it?

    • Please contact [DST’s name] at [dst’s email address] or [telephone number] who will be able to advise you on your options.

    I have already purchased a ticket for the live event, what will happen to my ticket?

    • Your ticket for this year's event will be transferred to next year’s event in [location, dates].

     What if I cannot attend on the new date, what are my options?

    • Please contact [DST’s name] at [dst’s email address] or [telephone number] who will be able to advise you on your options.


    What do I do if I am having technical issues?

    • Full information on how to login and view will be sent to all ticket holders prior to the event. Please ensure that you are using a web browser other than Internet Explorer. You will also be able to call, email or message our customer service line during UK office hours.

    Event Format

    Will the programme be the same for the digital event?

    • We intend to keep the majority of this year's programme the same, but the agenda will have some changes, reflecting industry changes. Please visit our [link to website] for further details.


    How will the event be hosted?

    • We will be hosting all sessions online. ‘How to join’ instructions will be sent out to pass holders (ticket holders) ahead of the event. Ticket holders will be able to login in to any live session over the duration of the conference and access recorded sessions using their password for a limited period after the event.

    How can I join the live sessions?

    • To join a live session, please make sure you have already registered for a ticket, that you are logged in on the website and then simply go to [agenda page] where you will be able to select the session you want to join.


    Which sessions can I view and what happens if I miss one?

    • You can login in to any live session over the duration of the conference and access recorded sessions using their password for a limited period after the event.


    Accommodation

    I have pre-paid for accommodation through the original recommended hotel, [hotel name] - can I get a refund?

    • Please contact the hotel by phone XX or email XX to discuss your booking.


    Networking Features

    Will there be any networking opportunities available at the event?

    • Networking opportunities will be available via our Community to the following ticket holders: professional pass, sponsors, speakers and press. Within the Community attendees will then be able to learn more about possible leads and set meetings with other attendees who have also opted-in into it. Further information and instructions on how to join the event’s Community will be shared three weeks ahead of the event.

    What if I bought a knowledge ticket but would like to join the Community?
