- Go to the Agenda page or the Agenda tab in your Bizzabo app.
- Select My Registered Sessions at the top of the page to see the sessions you've registered for, then find the session you'd like to join.
- The session will show a Join Broadcast button two minutes before the session begins. A red LIVE text will appear once it starts. You can click this when you're ready to join!
- If you join with a mobile device, be sure you have both the Bizzabo app and the Zoom app installed on your device. Click the Join Broadcast link from Bizzabo and the call will open in your Zoom app.
- Complete your Community profile after registering, and include your preferred contact details to make connections and receive messages from others.
- Check out the event Community to see who else has registered.
- Join Community Building sessions to have conversations in a casual environment.

How can I join my sessions?
How can I sign up for sessions?
First, ensure you are signed into the website and click on the Agenda tab. For each session in the Agenda, you have the option to either mark it as a session you are interested in (a star symbol) or to save a seat (a seat symbol). Please note that to reserve your spot in a session you have to save a seat. Some sessions will have attendance caps, so it’s important to save your seat and arrive on time.
At the top of the Agenda screen, you'll be able to see the sessions you’ve starred under My Interests and the sessions you’ve registered for under Registered. By selecting the funnel icon on the top, you can also filter sessions by Language and Type of Session.
You can add sessions to your calendar by clicking Add to Cal within each session's description.
Time zone note: The Agenda tab on the website shows session times in both GMT and your current time zone. The mobile app shows session times only in GMT.
Inside the left box is GMT. Inside the right box is your time zone.
Will sessions be recorded?
Many of our sessions will be recorded, and some will be available after the conference. Live language interpretation will only be available during live sessions. Recorded sessions posted after the conference may only be available in English. Check back after the conference for more information.
Where can I find session materials?
Session materials will be available in the session descriptions on the Agenda. Not all sessions will have materials available before the conference.
