About the Event

Please join us for a celebratory virtual fundraiser benefiting Compassion & Choices. By leveraging a virtual platform, we will connect with donors, supporters and consumers coast to coast. All money raised through this event will support our work to transform the way end-of-life care is delivered and to empower each individual to live their final chapter of life according to their values, priorities and beliefs. With the COVID-19 pandemic and increased public awareness of healthcare disparities, the national dialogue on end-of-life care has only heightened the critical importance of Compassion & Choices as the leading voice, resource and advocate within the movement to improve and expand end-of-life options. The evening will be emceed by Dr. Jeff Gardere, better known as “America’s psychologist” and one of the most widely-sought experts on mental health. It also will feature the debut of the Compassion & Choices signature song, This Is Your Show, written by composers and Broadway performers Andrew Beall and Evan McCormack; stirring and personal reflections from Compassion & Choices leadership and our champion storytellers; and an exclusive jazz performance by critically acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and composer Julius Rodriguez, whom the New York Times noted “possessed of a lissome sensitivity and grace.”
