2026 Arkansas Farm Bureau Farmer's Market

We're excited to announce the return of the Farmers Market at the 2026 Arkansas Farm Bureau State Convention and Trade Show! Now entering its fourth year, the Farmers Market has become a popular feature of the convention, providing Arkansas farmers, food producers, artisans and small businesses with an opportunity to showcase and sell their products to convention attendees from across the state. Application Guidelines Thank you for your interest in participating in the Farmers Market at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Please complete and submit this application by Aug. 28, 2026, to be considered for a vendor booth. Applications will be reviewed by an independent committee based on the following criteria: •Products must be 100% grown or made in Arkansas. •Vendors must be present for the duration of the Farmers Market on Dec. 2-3, 2026, at the Hot Springs Convention Center. •A valid Tax ID number is required. •The market will allow the following types of vendors: o Farmers and/or Produce Brokers o Locally Prepared Food Products o Handcrafted Specialties (Leather, Wood, Metal, Glass, Pottery, etc.) o Art o Jewelry o Personal Care Products •All vendors are required to display signage identifying the products they are selling along with pricing. •Vendors selling homemade food products must comply with the requirements outlined in the Arkansas Department of Health Homemade Food Guide. •Producers of meat products are welcome and must comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Frozen products must remain frozen, and refrigerated products must be maintained at proper temperatures in accordance with Arkansas Department of Health requirements. •All approved vendors must be Arkansas Farm Bureau members. Non-members are welcome to apply but must purchase an annual Arkansas Farm Bureau membership prior to participating if selected. •A refundable $50 vendor deposit is required from all approved vendors. The deposit will be returned following participation in the Farmers Market and is intended to help ensure full vendor participation throughout the event. Approved participants will be notified by email from Arkansas Farm Bureau no later than Sept. 18, 2026. Each selected vendor will receive one skirted table, electricity and two chairs at no cost.
